Host a Course

Thank you for your interest in hosting a WRI course. At WRI, we strive to provide the highest quality education possible. We hope to provide you and your agency with not only the most up- to-date techniques in swift water rescue, but also real, hands-on experience in performing rescues. By teaching through scenarios, participants get a chance to discover personal strengths and weaknesses and a chance to see what works and what does not in swiftwater rescue.

Hosting a WRI course is simple. The first step is to decide whether or not you want your training to be “in-house.” Our class minimum is 6 participants. If your agency has at least six participants and would like to customize the training to your specific needs, then “in-house” training is a great option.
